Role description
Role Overview As an Architect, you will work on concept development, building design, space planning, 3D visualization, technical documentation, and coordination with engineering and construction teams. Key Responsibilities Develop architectural concepts and design proposals. Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings. Create 3D models, renderings, and architectural presentations. Support site planning, space planning, and building layouts. Coordinate with structural, electrical, mechanical, and civil teams. Prepare design documentation and project presentations. Review materials, finishes, construction details, and specifications. Support site visits, design reviews, and project coordination. Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, safety, and planning requirements.
What we're looking for
- Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of 3D modelling and architectural visualization.
- Understanding of building materials, construction methods, and detailing.
- Ability to prepare professional drawings and presentations.
- Good design sense, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Professional registration is an advantage where applicable.
- Experience with BIM, sustainable design, urban planning, or project coordination is a plus.
- Fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also apply.
