Submitted is not the same as verified. An administrator approves every registration and ticks only the checks that were actually performed. Documents are optional for now; when provided they are reviewed too, and the seal on your profile lists exactly what was verified.

Can anyone see my documents?
No. Documents stay private. A data room lists only titles, and nothing opens until you approve a specific request.
