Role description
Role Overview As an Electrical Engineer, you will work on electrical design, power systems, control panels, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and the integration of electrical systems into products and machines. Key Responsibilities Design electrical circuits, wiring systems, and control panels. Prepare electrical schematics, layouts, and technical drawings. Work on power distribution, protection, and energy systems. Select electrical components, cables, sensors, and protection devices. Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Collaborate with mechanical, electronics, software, and R&D teams. Ensure electrical safety, reliability, and design compliance. Maintain technical documentation, BOMs, and project reports.
What we're looking for
- Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
- Understanding of AC/DC systems, motors, transformers, and power supplies.
- Knowledge of control systems, relays, PLCs, and instrumentation.
- Ability to read and prepare electrical schematics.
- Familiarity with electrical testing equipment and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of electrical safety and protection systems.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, MATLAB, Simulink, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of renewable energy, automation, embedded systems, or industrial equipment is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and project experience may also apply.
